Marlow Outlaws wrestling

Outlaws roll past district opponents and advance to Dual State.

Sweeping their district opponents in a 5-0 run, the Marlow High School wrestlers clinched the district dual title and a spot in Dual State for the third year in a row.

The Outlaws first match-up was against Crossing Christian School and ended with a dominating 72-9 Marlow victory.

Next in line, Marlow continued their streak with a 69-12 win over Bethel and 66-9 win over Little Axe.

The largest margin of victory came against Cordell as the Outlaws demolished the Blue Devils 84-0.

With the most challenging match-up of the night, the Outlaws faced the Heritage Hall Chargers and pulled away with a convincing 39-30 win.

The win over Heritage Hall capped off their undefeated district duals record and gave the Outlaws their third straight trip to Dual State.

With a successful run at the district level, the Outlaws hope to continue their winning streak at Dual State in Enid on February 14 and 15.
