Wilson will be the 13th player at Duncan High School to represent at the All-State game, the first since Jared Griffen in 2012 and is the second year in a row that the Demons will be involved.

In 2018, Demons Coach David McGuire was named as the Large West Coach and represented Duncan coaching the top seniors from the west side of the state.

During his senior season, Wilson was the second player to surpass the 1,000 career point mark at Duncan High School and also became the second highest scorer behind Griffen in 2012.

Averaging 23.9 points per game and 7.3 rebounds per game, Wilson signed his letter of intent to play for Tabor College out of Kansas and will join the Blue Jays this fall.

Duncan Basketball had a big year in 2018-2019 with Wilson leading the way, they made it to the Area Tournament and were two victories away from the Class 5A State Tournament.

Wilson, who was named the All-Area Basketball Player of the Year, will head to Tulsa the week of July 22nd for the Oklahoma Coaches Association All-State week and play with several area players.

The Large West team will take on the Large East team starting at 8:30 p.m. July 25 at Oral Roberts University which is the second game played after the Small Schools All-State game.
