A Lawton woman stopped in Duncan on April 16, 2019 is now wanted on charges of false personation.

According to court records, Rochanda Michelle Hurd is wanted for false personation after two or more felony convictions.

Reports indicate the charges come from a traffic stop, which occurred April 16, 2019. While talking with police, Hurd allegedly said she didn’t have her driver’s license with her, but gave an identification which showed police the driver’s license was valid. On June 13, 2019, the person Hurd allegedly identified herself as showed up in court and told a magistrate she was not the one who had received the citations. The individual was able to positively identify the driver from body cam footage as Hurd.

Hurd is now wanted on a $10,000 felony warrant bond.
