Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) confirmed Thursday with assistance from Duncan Police and Edmond Police Departments, lawmen apprehended a man accused of multiple child pornography charges.
According to OSBI, 21-year-old David Keely was arrested Thursday, Sept. 10, 2020. He is charged with possession of child pornography, distribution of child pornography and violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
Law enforcement said the case “originated when the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) forwarded a cyber tip they received from a social media platform to the OSBI.”
From there, the OSBI Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit opened an investigation, resulting in the search warrant at the 1800 block of 5th Street in Duncan.
OSBI said Keely was taken into custody without incident and is currently in the Stephens County Jail.
