Stephens County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man accused of three counts of child sexual abuse and one count of rape with multiple children under the age of 16.

According to court records, Michael Kelly Wilson, of Marlow, faces charges of child sexual abuse - child under 12; child sexual abuse - child under 16; child sexual abuse - child under 14; and rape in the first degree with a child under 14.

Informational documents filed by the District Attorney’s office show child sexual abuse with a child under 12 is punishable by imprisonment of not less than 25 years nor more than life; with a child under 16 is punishable by imprisonment up to life; and rape in the first degree with a victim under the age of 14 is punishable by not less than five years but could carry life or life without parole.

If convicted, Wilson will have to serve at least 85 percent of his sentence before eligible for parole.

Records indicate the knowledge about the abuse and sexual assault came to deputies through a DHS report containing information from a 15-year-old victim who said they had been molested and believed another victim, age 10, might also have been molested.

In an interview with DHS, the 15-year-old victim said they had sexual contact with Wilson on multiple occasions. Reports from interviews with deputies indicate the victim said the abuse began when the victim was about 9 or 10 years old. The victim also told deputies this included oral on at least 30 different occasions over the last five to six years and also included penetration, which began as early as age 11, according to reports.

The younger victim, in an interview, also described Wilson  making them perform oral, though they didn’t say the words and instead use a diagram to show what Wilson had allegedly done, reports state. This victim also said Wilson would give them money afterward.

Wilson is booked on a $250,000 bond. He will return to court at 9 a.m. Oct. 23.
