Above is a still shot from a report by News9 of the man law enforcement say is leaving threatening messages on doors in Oklahoma. Stephens County Sheriff Wayne McKinney said the man was spotted in Stephens County and residents should stay away from him but notify law enforcement if they see him.

Stephens County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to be aware of a strange man they say is approaching residences and leaving threatening notes on doors.

The first report came from an area southwest of Deer Creek Elementary where a resident reported the man left a threatening note Tuesday, Aug. 20, News9 reported. Stephens County Sheriff’s Office says the same man and his truck has been spotted in Stephens County on Wednesday, Aug. 21 and that again, a resident reported he left a similar threatening note. The threatening letter reportedly was obtained from the rural northeast portion of Stephens County.

Stephens County Sheriff Wayne McKinney said the truck is described as a 2013 or 2014 Ford 150, light gold in color with a Tennessee plate bearing tag number either “Y63455” or “Y6345S.” The man is white, and stands anywhere from 5 foot 10 to 6 foot tall. Reports from News9 showed the man spit on the resident in Deer Creek’s door and the letter left behind read: “A note to you, you (expletive) rapist … My angels will rape you harder than you ever thought imaginable, I am the Lord your God, I know your sins you (expletive) rapist, you are so (expletive).”

McKinney said the note found in Stephens County was almost exactly the same as the one reportedly found in Deer Creek.

If the man is seen, please use caution and contact the Stephens County Sheriff’s Office at 580-255-3131 or other local law enforcement immediately.
