Duncan Chamber of Commerce representatives, locally elected officials, townspeople and Gov. Kevin Stitt and his entourage joined together at Duncan Machine Products (DMP) Friday afternoon for a ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony.
DMP, which has been in the metal manufacturing for the oil field for around 11 years, has continued expanding since their founding. As time went on, they branched into aerospace, and just before attending the Paris Air Show this summer, the permit for the building dedicated was approved. After the air show, one contract and other leads began coming their way. Now, machinery is expected to move into the building in just a few weeks.
A complete story with further information will appear in the Tuesday, Nov. 12 edition of The Duncan Banner.
