Duncan’s Women’s Forum 2016

The inaugural Duncan’s Women’s Forum had a host of guest speakers and several break out sessions for women to get inspired, increase their network and create community of women.

Sometimes we all need a little help from our friends — words of encouragement, ideas on how to overcome an obstacle, or a way to channel a desire to help. Which is why the Duncan Chamber of Commerce is hosting its fourth annual Women’s Forum.

The event is focused on inspiring, empowering and equipping the women of Stephens County from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 17 at Duncan Regional Hospital.

This year’s event is almost sold out, registration fees which includes materials, breakfast, lunch and a gift are $65 a person with a $55 rate for students, seniors and groups of three or more.

This years guest speakers are local counselor Carole Maxfield, who has been a guest all four years and even emceed once, Tiffini Jackson the vice presidents of External affairs for the Public Service Company of Oklahoma and Jill Donavan the founder of Rustic Cuff and the author of “The Kindness Effect.”

Tickets can be purchased online through the Duncan Chamber of Commerce’s Facebook page or by calling the office at 580-255-3644
