The Duncan skyline will be ablaze the night before Independence Day as the Duncan firework show makes a triumphant return for the third year in a row after its near-decade-long absence.
First the “family fun” event hosted by First Baptist Church (FBC) of Duncan starts at 6 p.m. at Abe Raizen Park with hot dogs, sno cones and other activities like bounce houses.
As the sun starts to set, the fireworks won’t be far behind. The National Anthem will start at 9:30 p.m. to mark the beginning of the display.
The fireworks are sponsored by Duncan Machine Products, Inc. (DMP) along with others like the City of Duncan and The Tilley Group.
