Cameron University students Autumn Collins, Summerville, S.C.; Billy Copeland, Duncan; Payton Fremin, Walters; and Paul Long, Altus; have been accepted into Alpha Phi Sigma, the international honor society for criminal justice that recognizes academic excellence of undergraduate and graduate students of criminal justice.

The goals of Alpha Phi Sigma are to honor and promote academic excellence, community service, educational leadership, and unity.

To be eligible for induction, baccalaureate students must be majoring or minoring in criminal justice, have completed 45 hours, and have a minimum GPA of 3.2.A minimum of four courses of the completed course work shall be in the criminal justice field.

Alpha Phi Sigma is a certified member of the Association of College Honor Societies and is affiliated with the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences.
