Sugar Free Allstars to give free concert

DUNCAN — The award-winning duo Sugar Free Allstars will return to the Duncan Public Library Thursday to provide a free concert.

Sugar Free Allstars, an Oklahoman band, will take stage in the center of the library from 11 - 11:45 a.m.

The grammy-winning band performs children songs and has recently been featured on Disney.

Library Director Jan Cole said Sugar Free Allstars continue to visit and have yet to let children down with their hits and dances moves. The library has many repeat visitors when the band comes to town, said Cole.

“The kids sing, play and dance,” said Cole. “It is a great time.”

Darbie LaFontain, of the Children’s Department, said she is also excited to see the band return to the library.

“It is a scream,” said LaFontain. “You just have to see the kid’s reactions.”
