As one of only two Class 5A schools, the Demons hung with mostly Class 6A competition to finish 12th out of 18 teams Tuesday.

Grarhon once again shot the low score for Duncan with a 75 and Gallion was close behind with an 81. Albus and Harris followed up with an 83 and 88, respectively. Jones played independently and shot a 91.

“I’m very pleased with the way we played Tuesday,” Cox said. “We have a very inexperienced and young team. Given the competition we were facing, it was a strong performance.”
