DUNCAN — True Gospel Tabernacle

The church is located at 301 S. First St. Duncan, the pastor is Suff. Bishop Sherman P. Tyler Sr. They start their Sunday with prayer led by their pastor, followed by Sunday school for all ages. If you need free transportation to any service or assistance call 580-467-2555 or 580-252-7283.

First Baptist Church Duncan

Dr. Bryan Pain is pastor at FBC. It will conduct its annual Fall Fest 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, at 901 W. Ash in the Family Life Center and parking lots. Candy, games, hot dogs, inflatables, and a display of emergency vehicles and their personnel will be on hand.

“Trunk or Treat” activities will be Wednesday Oct. 31 in the FBC parking lots. “Trick or Treaters” are encouraged to come by and see all the decorated car trunks and candy will be handed out.

FBC is collecting gently used coats, hats, and mittens for a winter coat drive to keep a child or teen warm this winter. Drop off boxes are in the church welcome center or call Morgan Collier at 580-606-0957 to pick them up. For information call the church office at 252-5885.

Highland Park Baptist Church

Bro. Jerry Couch will deliver the message “The Man of Lawlessness” with Scripture reference from 2 Thessalonians 2:1 during the evening service. Eleanor Couch will provide music for the evening service. Bro. Jerry will continue the study of Philippians at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. Activities for children and teens will begin at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.

All Saints’ Episcopal Church

All Saints’ “Trunk or Treat” will be 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday. This will be in the church parking lot. There will be fun, games and treats for the kids.

Tuesday Noon Bible Study is studying the Letter of James. On Sunday, Mr. Charles Coulter will be the guest preacher this week.

At 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, there will be a special service for All Hallows’ Eve in the Chapel. All Saints’ Episcopal Church is located at 809 W. Cedar Ave.

    For Michael Shank, author of “Muscle and a Shovel,” his came when he attended a Bible study taught by a former co-worker only revealed as Randall.
    Shank will share his story Sunday, Sept. 1, in three services at Eastside Church of Christ.
    Services will be open to the public and are at 9 a.m., 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
