Polls show an amazing 97 percent of German citizens approve. Popular approval, however, doesn’t translate into foreign governments falling into line to support Obama administration’s actions in foreign affairs. China and India will not join Obama in his efforts to fight global warming, and Germany will not send combat troops to Afghanistan to fight Obama’s “war of necessity.”
