Theresa Lynn Hibson Reeves, 48, of Duncan, passed away at home on Friday, Oct. 12, 2012, after a long and brave battle with cancer.
Theresa was born March 25, 1964, in Niagara Falls, N.Y., to Richard and Diane Richardson. She married Russell Reeves on Nov. 7, 2006.
She was a former employee of Gregston’s Nursing Home in Marlow, and also of the Duncan Regional Hospital.
She enjoyed playing cards and spending time with her family and friends. She was a proud mother of three sons who all served in the military.
Survivors include her husband, Russell Reeves of Duncan; three sons and two daughters-in-law: Michael Hibson and wife Grace of Chickasha, Jeffery Hibson of Fort Lewis, Wash., and Theodore and wife Emalee of Rush Springs; daughter, Katelynn Reeves of Lewisville,Texas; two grandchildren: Logan Hibson of Chickasha, and McKenzie Hibson of Rush Springs; parents, Richard and Karen Richardson of Cibolo,Texas, and Diane Richardson of Rush Springs; mother-in-law, Otela Cleaver Reeves of Carrollton, Texas; grandmother, Olive West of North Carolina; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Debora Wroten and husband Jim of Los Lunas, N.M., and Karen Sweat of Rush Springs; brothers and sister-in-law, Steve Mann and wife Rachel of Texas, and Christopher Mann of Colorado; many nieces and nephews, uncles and aunts, and numerous friends and relatives.
A wake was held in remembrance of Terri on Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, at her and Russell’s home.
