Tyler Scott Smith

LONE GROVE — Funeral services for Tyler Scott Smith, of Lone Grove, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18, at the Lone Grove Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Terri Beane officiating. Interment will take place at 2 p.m. at the Marlow Cemetery.

Family visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday,  at the Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home.

Tyler was born Jan. 19, 1993, in El Reno, to Glendon Shawn Smith and Sheila Kay Scott. He died Feb. 14, at the Ardmore hospital.

Tyler loved movies, listening to music and drawing. He graduated from Lone Grove High School in 2013.

His grandfather Ricky Scott preceded him in death.

Tyler is survived by his parents, Sheila Kay Smith of Oklahoma City, and Glendon Shawn Smith of Marlow; sisters: Ricki Smith of the home, Lilly Smith of Marlow; grandparents: Mike and Jeanie Long of the home, Bill and Debbie Oldham of Marlow; great-grandparents: Charles and Kay Marney of Hinton; uncle and aunt, Chuck and Stacey Scott of Lone Grove; cousins: Shelby and Lilly Scott of Lone Grove, Destinee Brown of Hinton; numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.

Casket bearers will be Chuck Scott, Mike Anderson, Jody Anderson, Joshua Long, Jeffrey Long and Leroy Griffith.

    Twyla was born Feb. 20, 1937, in Duncan, to Willard and Ruth Tinkle and died April 16, 2014, after a brief illness. Twyla lived her entire life in the Duncan area.
