Iva Drucilla Pearson

July 4, 1944 — Nov. 27, 2012

MARLOW — Iva Drucilla Pearson, 68, of Marlow, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, at Duncan Regional Hospital.

Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, at Recovery Church with Dennis Hall officiating. Service arrangements are under direction of Carter-Smart Funeral Home, and there is no visitation at the funeral home.

Iva was born July 4, 1944, in Duncan, to James Clyde and Iva Dee (Sager) Womack. She was the office manager for Tilley Trucking and a member of the Recovery Church of Duncan.

Iva is survived by a son, David Pearson of Alaska; grandson, Derek and Annie Pearson of Hinton; Ginger and J.D. Lee of Elgin; great-grandchildren: Tynlee of Hinton, and Easton of Elgin; great-great grandchildren: Caleb and Dakota; sisters: May Tilley of Marlow, Gene Graham of Wichita Falls, Texas, Gerol Graham of Duncan, Barbara Parker of Davis, and Pam Peterson of Lone Grove; also by 19 nieces and nephews, and numerous great-nieces and nephews.

Iva was preceded in death by James Royce Pearson, parents James Clyde and Iva Dee Womack, Beulah Lee Taylor, Carolyn Sue Womack, James Lewis Womack, and Clyde DeWayne Womack.

    Twyla was born Feb. 20, 1937, in Duncan, to Willard and Ruth Tinkle and died April 16, 2014, after a brief illness. Twyla lived her entire life in the Duncan area.

    Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 19, in the Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. George Floyd officiating. Burial will follow in the Duncan Cemetery under direction of the Don Grantham Funeral Home.
