Linda Diane McDonald

Sept. 29, 1948 — Aug. 12, 2013

OKLAHOMA CITY — Linda Diane McDonald, 64, of Duncan passed away Monday Aug. 12, 2013 in Oklahoma City.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, at the Chisholm Trail Church of Christ, with  Leonard Keele officiating. Interment  will follow at Marlow Cemetery, under the direction of Don Grantham Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home 6-8 p.m. Thursday.

Linda was born on Sept. 29, 1948 in Marlow, to George W. Montgomery and Nita P. Montgomery. She married James McDonald on Dec. 19, 1990 in Henrietta, Texas.

Linda worked for Western Property Management as a bookkeeper for 15 years before retiring in 2010. She was a member of the Chisholm Trail Church of Christ. One of Linda’s greatest joys was spending time with her grandchildren.

Linda is survived by her husband James of Duncan; son, Jeff Kulbeth and his wife Shawna of Blanchard; daughter, Misty Walker and her husband Richard of Elmore City; brother, Jerry Montgomery and his wife Beth of Marlow; sister, Tammie Tanaka and her husband Greg of Duncan; grandchildren, Makenzie Walker, Brady Kulbeth, and Jake Walker; stepson, James McDonald and his wife Jackie of Moore, sister-in-law, Shirley Montgomery of Maud, Texas and many special nieces and nephews.

Linda was preceded by her brother, Leroy Montgomery and her parents.

Pallbearers will be Steve Montgomery, Chris Montgomery, Cody Tanaka, Greg Tanaka, Kevin Harmon and Bruce Mahan.

The family asks that memorial donations be made to the Chisholm Trail Church of Christ Building Fund, 1404 West Main Street Duncan, OK 73533.
