Leona Faye Condit

Nov. 9, 1948 — Feb. 12, 2014

EL RENO — Leona Faye Condit, 65, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014, in El Reno.

Service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home, with Rocky Keck officiating. Burial will be in the Marlow Cemetery under direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Leona Faye Graham was born Tuesday, Nov. 9, 1948, in Marlow, to Earl and Leo Hope Graham. She lived most of her life in the Doyle community and the Lake Fuqua area. She graduated from Doyle High School.

On May 27, 1966, Faye married Tony L. Condit in Marlow. Faye moved to Lahoma in 1981. She had lived in El Reno since 1989.

Faye loved to be with her family, friends and her little Boston Terrier, Mitzi. She enjoyed gardening, taking care of her flowers and cooking. If Faye could not be found anywhere it was best to check at “her office on the hill,” better known as Lucky Star Casino.

Survivors include, husband, Tony L. Condit of the home; two daughters: Tonya Simmons and husband Keith of Howe, Texas; Rhonda Condit of El Reno; two grandsons: Curtis and Kobe Simmons; two granddaughters: Shaylon Condit and Brittany Smith; a great-grandson, Ezavier Condit; three brothers: Earl Dean Graham and wife Fay of Bray, Boog Graham and Butch Graham, both of Foster; two sisters: Mildred Crawford of Foster, and Sue Herron and husband Bill of Blanchard; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

 Faye was preceded in death by her parents; great-granddaughter, Jayda Jordan; brothers: Buck and Knock Graham.

Pallbearers will be Keith Simmons, Curtis Simmons, Kobe Simmons, Casey Condit, Toby Condit and Mike Condit. Honorary pallbearer is Ezavier Condit.

Memorial contributions may be made in Faye’s honor to Russell-Murray Hospice, 221 South Bickford Ave, El Reno, OK 73036.
