Desiree Nicole Hill, of Comanche, passed away Thursday, June 27, 2013, at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. She was 32 years old.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 2, at Patterson Avenue Baptist Church, with Bro. Trent Young officiating. Interment will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery, under direction of Comanche Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday. Family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday.
Desiree was born March 9, 1981, in Vinita. She was a graduate of Comanche High School in 2000. She enjoyed talking on the phone, watching television, going to the movies and listening to KLOVE Radio. She loved going to the lake, collecting anything “dolphin.” She was a big OU Sooner fan. Desiree especially loved her dog “Little Lady” and her cat “Snowball.”
She is survived by her parents, Rusty and Karla Fisher of Comanche; a brother, Nathan Fisher, Los Angeles, Calif.; aunts and uncles: Kevin Beck and wife Julie, Greenwood, Ark., Helen Moore, Okarche, Donald Fisher and wife Dorethea, Maysville, Wayne Fisher and wife Lori, Paoli, Beth Tayrien and husband Bobby, Moore, and Shelia Fisher and partner Toni Williams, Moore.
Desiree was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Hill in 2004; her grandparents: Mayburn and Joyce Fisher, and Leo and Evelyn Beck; and an aunt, Marilyn Caver.
Pallbearers will be Rusty Fisher, Nathan Fisher, Kevin Beck, Wayne Fisher, Donald Fisher and Bobby Tayrien.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local women’s shelter.
