Chester D. Dunn, 92, of Billings, was born Dec. 18, 1920, near Loco, and left this world Tuesday, June 18, 2013, to join his beloved wife of 72 years, Ruth Bandy Dunn.
Chet, loving husband and father of three, served in the U.S. Navy during WWII, then moved north to Montana, to make his life as a drilling superintendent, then Exxon service station owner in Billings.
Chet was preceded in death by the love of his life, Ruth; his son, Wes; and daughter, Sue; mother and father; and nine brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his daughter, Becky; five grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren; his baby sister, Laverne; and many other extended family and friends, who will all miss him greatly.

Graveside service with military honors were held June 24, at Sunset Memorial Gardens, in Billings, Mont.
