Nolia Evelyn Condit

May 23, 1922-May 10, 2014

FOSTER — Nolia Evelyn Condit, 91, passed away Saturday, May 10, 2014 at her home in Foster.

Services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 13, 2014, at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home, with Jean Patterson officiating. Burial will be in the Purdy Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow.

Nolia was born Tuesday, May 23, 1922 in Pauls Valley, to Jim and Tinnie Lou (Robinson) Davis. She grew up and attended school in Pauls Valley and had lived in the Foster area for the past 59 years. Nolia worked in farming and ranching for over forty years. She enjoyed reading, gardening, and going to garage sales and auctions. She spent much of her time playing cards and watching birds out her window. Nolia loved the time she could spend with her kids, grandkids and great-grandkids. She was a member of the Doyle Community Church.

Survivors include two sons, Johnny Ray Condit and wife Dixie of Pernell and Arnold Condit and wife Brenda of Foster, five daughters: Mary Underwood and husband Don of Doyle, Sandi Zoski-Deaton of Lexington, June Townsend and husband Rudy of Wynnewood, Brinda Charlson-Butts and husband John of Duncan, Tish Walker and husband Al of New Mexico, 22 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, cousin Jackie Dale McClure and wife Billie of Texas, several nieces and nephews.

Nolia was preceded in death by her parents, son Donald Gene Condit, two sisters, Maizie Coffman and Myrtle Mae Davis, and two great-grandchildren, Victoria and Seth Esquibel.

Pallbearers will be Richard Condit, Jeremy Townsend, Jamie Townsend, Tony Adams, Jake Underwood and Dakota Cottany. Honorary pallbearer will be Kevin Charlson.
