DUNCAN — Jeremy Michael Irby

Feb. 10, 1981 — May 5, 2010

Jeremy Michael Irby, 29 of Duncan, passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at his home.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, May 10, 2010 at Faith Temple Church of God, with the Revs. David and Wayne Morrow officiating under direction of Carter-Smart Funeral Home.

 Family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Sunday, May 9, 2010 from at the funeral home.

Jeremy was born Feb. 10, 1981 in Dallas, Texas to Jerry and Teresa “Davis” Irby.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving four years with a tour of duty in Afghanistan.

Jeremy married Dana Bobbitt Feb 20, 2010 at Faith Temple Church in Duncan, where he was a member. Jeremy loved to fish, spend time with his family and friends and loved being with the kids. He was always laid back and funny, he would put a smile on everyone’s face, he loved nothing more than spending time with his wife Dana, “True Love” as he always called her. Jeremy was always willing to help anyone at anytime no matter what. He will be truly missed and never forgotten

Survivors include his wife, Dana of the home; a son, Hayden Michael Irby; stepson, Blake Wilson; a daughter, Kaitlyn Bobbitt-Irby; his father, Jerry Irby and his mother; Teresa Davis,

Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Stuart, Justin Eary, Darrell Gibson, Michael Bryant, Josh Henderson, Joey Freeman and Jerry Freeman.

Memorial contribution may be made to the First Bank & Trust.

    Twyla was born Feb. 20, 1937, in Duncan, to Willard and Ruth Tinkle and died April 16, 2014, after a brief illness. Twyla lived her entire life in the Duncan area.

    Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 19, in the Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. George Floyd officiating. Burial will follow in the Duncan Cemetery under direction of the Don Grantham Funeral Home.
