Jerry Lee Lockwood, 68, of Duncan passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2013, at his home surrounded by his family.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, in the Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mike Johnson officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
Jerry was born June 11, 1944, at Wilson, to George and Marie (Kinslow) Lockwood.
He married his wife Donna on May 11, 1973, and had been employed by Halliburton Services as a Bulk Plant Supervisor. Jerry served his country first in the U.S. Army and then re-enlisting in the U.S. Navy.
He loved fishing and hunting, but his true passion was spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Jerry is survived by his wife Donna of the home; four daughters: Sonja Tivis and husband Cary, Kim Moore and husband Brian, Deanne Bishop and husband Bill, and Roxanna Lockwood; two sons: Jerry E. Lockwood and wife Christy and Gary Lockwood and wife Gala; three sisters: Shirley Byington, Louise Pickers and Betty Dewbre; 14 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a host of other close friends and family.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers Larry, Billy and Mike Lockwood.
Honorary bearers will be Jerry Lockwood, Gary Lockwood, Bill Bishop, Cary Dale Tivis, Christopher Lockwood, Sonny Lockwood, Chad Jones, Rusty Jones and Trey Bishop.
