Nevaeh Elizabeth Proctor

DUNCAN — Nevaeh Elizabeth Proctor, age 9, of Duncan passed away Thursday, January 2nd, 2014 at her home in Duncan.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014 in the New Hope Baptist Church West with Reverend Randy Southerland and Bubba Clark officiating. Service are under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends for visitation at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday.

Nevaeh was born Nov. 22, 2004 at Martins Ferry, Ohio the daughter of David Proctor and Ashley Tittle. She attended the Emerson Elementary School and loved to draw, listen to One Direction and watch The Dinosaurs. Nevaeh was the sweetest most amazing girl in the world. She was smart, creative, honest, gentle and would never cause anyone pain. She was her mother’s angel on earth and now as well in heaven.  

She is survived by her mother and dad Ashley and Brian Townsend of Duncan; Father David Proctor of Martins Ferry, Ohio; maternal grandparents Jack and Angela Tittle of Duncan; maternal great grandmother Jo Hull of Martins Ferry, Ohio; maternal great great grandmother Adabelle Schwender of Martins Ferry, Ohio; maternal great grandfather Jack Tittle of Martins Ferry, Ohio; paternal grandparents David and Diana Proctor of Martins Ferry, Ohio. Her grandparents Donald and Terri Townsend of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; four sisters Torrance Proctor and Taylor Stiles both of Duncan; Ashlyn Whittington of Charleston West Virginia and Payton Proctor of Martins Ferry, Ohio; five brothers Trevor Stiles of Duncan; David Proctor, DaSean Johnson and Braxton Proctor all of Martins Ferry, Ohio and Kolby Townsend of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
