A Duncan man allegedly struck his ex-girlfriend and used her car Thursday.
Billy Anderson, 33, used his ex-girlfriend’s 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier without her permission, according to court documents.
Anderson was charged with domestic assault and battery and joy riding.
Domestic assault and battery is punishable by up to one year in prison, a fine of $5,000 or both. Joy riding is punishable by up to one year in prison, a fine of up to $500 or both, according to the Stephens County District Attorney’s office.
