- Saint Paul’s United Methodist
This Sunday at Saint Paul’s United Methodist Church begins with Bible study followed Sunday morning worship during which a special offering will be received for 2013 May Tornado Relief. At 6:30 p.m. Tuesday is senior game night.
- Immanuel Baptist
Brian Holland will be ministering at Immanuel this Sunday morning. He will also be leading the contemporary worship service along with the choir and Praise Team. This will follow Sunday School for all ages.
iKids Falls Creek will be May 29-31 for children in grades 4-6. Parents may contact the church office for more information.
Super Summer is an OBU Christian Leadership Camp for students 7-12. Leadership training is accomplished through messages, fun games and team activities. The already registered students will be attending June 10-14.

The church office will be closed on Monday, May 27 and there will be no evening service on May 26 due to Memorial Weekend. “Buck Barbeque” will be served at 6 p.m. May 29. Wednesday evening meals will be discontinued during the summer months and will pick back up in the fall. Ken Phillips and his team have done a wonderful job of preparing meals throughout this year and are greatly appreciated for their hard work.
The IBC Summer Schedule will begin Wednesday, May 29. The church “Summer SONshine” begins June 5 with all sorts of exciting lessons, wacky games, prizes and fun for all. All activities on Wednesdays will be from 6-7 p.m. and Sunday activities will consist of Sunday school and morning worship.

Guest speaker Jody Hilliard will bring the messages for both Sunday services. Marcia Hart is music director and Scott Pitts is song leader. After the call to worship, read by Dale Corbin, James Mitchell will lead a time of congregational worship. Dr. Brad McCoy will begin a new study series “Walking with Jesus in the Land of the Bible.”
After the message fellowship, adults will regather in the auditorium for sharing and prayer, the Young Adult Class will begin a new study of the booklet “It’s Not My Fault!” Middle and high school students will meet in the Uth Room and children will move from Sunday School to Junior Church.
Wednesday morning, the Ladies AM Bible Study will meet at 9 a.m. at the church. There will be a fellowship dinner at 5:45-6:45 p.m., followed by a special WOW Wednesday service for the entire family, which will highlight the church’s two summer mission projects for 2013.

First Baptist Church of Duncan will offer Sunday School bible study classes for adults, youth, and children followed by worship services. A Memorial Day video will be shown at the beginning of services.

Jerry Harwell has prepared a video presentation honoring the church family members who have died in the past year and Pat Hammond will read an essay written by Page Johnson McLean while visiting Arlington National Cemetery on Memorial Day weekend in 2009.
The people who are collecting recipes for a church cook book will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday and the choir will rehearse at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.

FUMC music ministry is hosting a free concert by the Jubilation Ringers. They are directed by Josh Fitzgerald.
The Jubilation Ringers, a group of 24 middle school and high school students from Church of the Messiah United Methodist in Westerville, Ohio, will pay a concert at First United Methodist Church in Duncan at 7 p.m. Friday, May 31 at FUMC.
The program includes well known arrangements of music, from the peace-filling “Dona Nobis Pacem” to an arrangement of the popular song “Just Dance.” There will be several well-known handbell pieces including “Spirit Wind” and “Capriccio.” For more information call 580-255-3353.
