DUNCAN — District Judge Joe Enos denied an application for a competency evaluation for Miles Sterling Bench during a competency hearing Friday in Stephens County District Court.
Bench faces the charge of first-degree murder in the death of 16-year-old Braylee Henry. Henry died in June 2012, in the Velma convenience store Teepee Totem.
Enos said he didn't find doubt to Bench's competency.
