One killed in State Highway 7 early Tuesday

Two others hospitalized

DUNCAN — An accident around 12:10 a.m. Tuesday on Oklahoma Highway 7 resulted in the death of a Ratliff City man and the injuries of two Wynnewood women.

The accident, which took place about 9.6 miles from U.S. Highway 81, resulted in the death of passenger Shelby Blessin, 25,  who expired at the scene because of injuries sustained by during the accident. Driver Jennifer Kimbro, 24, was transported to Duncan Regional Hospital where she was listed in serious condition. Passenger Kristy Bowen, 43, was transported to Comanche County Memorial Hospital, where she was listed in criticial condition.

The accident is under investigation, according to an accident report filed by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
