Another charge filed in Lane shooting death

DUNCAN — The Stephens County District Attorney's Office filed an accessory after the fact of murder in the firstdegree charge against a 22-year-old Duncan man in relation to the shooting death of Australian native Christopher Lane.

Oddesse John David Barnes was arrested and charges for allegedly concealing the firearm used in the Lane shooting Aug. 16, 2013, at the intersection of Country Club Road and Twilight Beach. A $150,000 bail has been set for Barnes.
