Spring-like weather to turn nasty

The Duncan Banner

DUNCAN — The recent lovely weather, alas, will not linger long,  according to the National Weather Service.

Skies will be mostly sunny today and the temperature will rise to around 70, and Saturday should be nice, too, with high temperatures around 60.

Saturday night, the worm will turn, with a 50-percent chance of rain, and freezing rain is possible on Sunday, the meteorologists in Norman say.

By Sunday night, the weather may not be fit for man nor beast, with a low temperature near 14 prognosticated.

On Monday, the temperature will warm up — to 30.

On Monday night, the low will be around 17, the weather service says.
