Suspects appear in court, bonds range from $2.5 to $5 million

DUNCAN — Bond has been set at $5 million for three suspects in the robbery of three Duncan convenience stores. A fourth suspect had bond set at $2.5 million.

Payton Thad Graham, John Dakota Smith, Tre Demetrius Babineaux appeared Friday in Stephens County District Court. Bond was set at $5 million for all three suspects. Babineaux, age 17, will be charged as an adult under the Youthful Offender Act.

Quincy Sahtoren Barnes also appeared in court but bond was set at $2.5 million for his suspected role in the robberies.

Graham, Smith and Babineaux have been charged with three counts of felony first-degree robbery. Barnes was charged with one count of first-degree robbery.
