DUNCAN — Just before midnight Thursday, Duncan Fire Department firefighters and police responded to a fire at a private residence located on the Resthaven Memorial Gardens Cemetery, at U.S. Highway 81 and Camelback.

Based on details gathered at the scene, a couple and a five year old escaped with only the clothes they were wearing, with not even enough time to grab keys to their vehicles, or any personal belongings. The family had three dogs, but only two got out and could be accounted for.

No other information was available. When it becomes available, The Banner will update its readers.
