DUNCAN — Registered voters have two days to apply for absentee ballots to be mailed to them for the June 24 primary elections.

Absentee ballot applications must be at the Stephens County Election Board no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, said County Election Board Secretary Angela Dunagan.

Absentee voters may apply in person at the County Election Board office at the Stephens County Courthouse in Duncan or send their applications by mail, fax or email.

Registered voters do not have to give a reason why they want to vote absentee.

Early voting in the June 24 primary begins Thursday and continues on Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day. On Saturday early voting will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
