Weekend Update Two Marlow residents injured in early morning accident

MARLOW —
A single-car accident near Marlow resulted in two people being injured.
The accident occured at 1:05 a.m. Saturday morning at the intersection of Four Mile Road and Blackburn Road.
A 2008 Ford pickup, driven by Stephen Don Wilkerson, 27, of Marlow was Northbound on Four Mile Road and was traveling too fast, a report filed by Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Thomas Winton said. The pickup left the roadway to the right on a curve. The vehichle rolled once, ejecting Wilkerson, who was not injured, 75 feet, the report stated.
Candra Danielle Dumos, 24, of Marlow was one of three passengers and was taken to Duncan Regional Hospital in good condition. She suffered arm, leg and internal trunk injuries.
Seth Lyle Flippen, 26, of Duncan was transported to DRH with arm, leg and internal trunk injuries. Flippen was then transfered to Presbyterian Hospital in Okalhoma City in fair condition.
Christopher Blaine Brown, 22, of Norman was not injured.
Seat belts were equipped, but not in use, and the air bags in the vehichle did not deploy, the report said.
Winton was assisted in his investigation by the Stephens County Sheriff’s Department and Central High First Responders and Fire Department.
