City officials will be looking Tuesday evening at spending money, but exactly how much is not known.
With several bids for various items due to come in Tuesday, the City Council will consider recommendations as the 2007-08 budget comes to completion.
Among the items being considered is a new generator for the wastewater treatment plant and waterline replacement as part of the waterline improvements 2007-08 project.
Other major items under consideration are bridge replacement as part of the bridge replacement 2008 project, various road materials and a sand spreader for the Street Department.
The council will also review several other agenda items, including:
Payment to T&G Construction Inc. of $305,328.13 for work on the Revenue Bond Road Improvements 2007 project.
Awarding bids totaling $361,527 to T&G Construction Inc. for Road Improvements 2008 project.
Awarding bids totaling $556,877.51 to WW Builders for Road Improvements 2008 project.
Awarding bid to Sellers Air Conditioning for unit replacement at the water treatment plant totaling $6,900.
Renewing contract with Stephens County Emergency Communications Authority.
Contracting with Main Street Duncan Inc. for services in 2008-09.
Transferring a brush pumper from Oak Ridge Volunteer Fire Department to Loco Volunteer Fire Department.
Purchasing truck chassis from Frontier International for $54,153.
Awarding bid to Rolls Rite Trailers for a haul trailer totaling $8,696.
Rezoning a property from single-family residential to office commercial zoning district.
Rezoning a property from suburban to light industrial zoning district.
Amending Abe Raizen Park master plan for restroom and concessions building location.
Considering final plat request for Paloma Heights, Part Two.
Considering presentation of financial statements through May 31.
