Cody Thomas Harrell, 24, Chickasha; (1) Possession of a controlled substance: Five years suspended and a $1,000 fine plus court costs; (2) Carrying a firearm while under the influence: Six months suspended and a $250 fine plus court costs; (3) Actual physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated: One year suspended and a $250 fine plus court costs. Sentences to run concurrant.
