Fernlyn K. Griffin, 48, Comanche: (1) Driving under the influence of drugs: One year suspended and a $500 fine plus court costs; (2) Failure to pay taxes: $100 fine plus court costs; (3) Leaving the scene of a property damage accident: $100 fine plus court costs.

Archie Thomas Hare, 33, Comanche; DUI: One year suspended and a $500 fine plus court costs.

Patrick Shelton, 21, Lawton; (1) Carrying a concealed weapon: 30 days suspended and a $250 fine plus court costs; (2) Malicious injury to property: One year suspended and a $250 fine plus court costs.
