DPD Chief Ford: "We have made 2 arrests" in death of Duncan teen girl
Update: 6:56 p.m. Duncan Police Chief Dan Ford said that the 14-year-old suspect has been taken back into custody and transported to the juvenile detention facility in Lawton. He said there was not a bed available for the boy earlier in the day, therefore the reason for his release into his mother's custody. Two juvenile boys have been questioned and one remains in custody following the death of a 14-year-old Duncan girl who was discovered in her home by her father Monday afternoon upon his arrival at home from work.

Duncan police are investigating the death of a teenage female found in her home in the 2000 block of Walnut, Tuesday afternoon.
Firefighters battle Meridian house fire
4:35 p.m. Firefighters are busy at the scene of a house fire in Meridian, three houses north of Allison’s Flooring. The house is reportedly fully-involved and one person may have been injured.
Sirens sounded in Marlow, Duncan after tornado sighted
Update: 7 p.m. The tornado warning expired for Stephens County and there does not appear to be any further threat for area residents.
A tornado warning has been issued for eastern Stephens County and sirens did sound in Duncan and Marlow.
More severe weather on the horizon
With everyone still shaken up after last week's devastating tornadoes, another wave of severe weather is forecast.
List of Moore deceased released
Oklahoma Medical Examiner’s Office released today, the confirmed and unconfirmed list of fatalities.
OHP: Non-credential First Responders to stay away
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is securing the perimeter of a current disaster
scene in Moore. There are 68 stations with Troopers blocking entrance and
exits near the city of Moore.
Tornado warning: Jefferson County
Tornado warning issued for Jefferson County. Rotation spotted near Ryan. 4:15 p.m.

School buses delayed
Duncan Public Schools has delayed the running of school buses until the second cell of the storm passes.
