DUNCAN — Joshua Dontae Tyler entered a guilty plea this morning before jury selection began.

“He is now in the custody of the Sheriff,” said Stephens County District Attorney Jason Hicks. Tyler was scheduled for a felony jury trial for three felony charges — first degree kidnapping, assault with intent to commit a felony and a first degree burglary charge from August 2010.

Tyler was placed into custody and is now in the Stephens County Jail. He is expected to appear in court in March for sentencing.
