Gale Robert Siow, center black and white image, was killed in action 1968, during a secret military mission in Vietnam, when he was only 27 years old. The remains of Siow and eight crew mates were found 33 years later and returned home for proper burial in Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia. His sister, Erma Hynson, now a Duncan resident, visited his gravesite in September for the first time, thanks to a traveling tour through the Chickasaw Nation.


Should the date for The World's Largest Garage Sale be changed from the third weekend in July to sometime in October to take advantage of cooler weather like we had this past weekend?

No. It's better in the summer cause kids are out of school.
Yes. More shoppers would come during nice fall weather.
Either time is fine.
